Disc is Very clean, very rare, near-mint condition for age.
Never used single. From Collector's archive. Well archived in professional collection. Never displayed or played on turntable
Cover jacket is solid and functional rated GOOD CONDITION Jacket, and has normal scuffs for age. Three faded white scuffs exist, on front. No creases, average handling overall on jacket. Solid, not peeling. Record disc is solid and mint condition. Record sleeve is original and mint, with no tears or dents, for age. Near Mint cover sleeve over all. 
Front Jacket logo stamp and disc center label is mint condition.
