UPDATE

PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT!

As we are all aware, the ongoing worldwide event has closed a number of countries down to postage deliveries and resulted in a lockdown situation here in the UK.

Internal UK post is getting through fine, maybe slight delays.  Postage outside the UK will almost certainly be slower than the norm and some countries are literally closed to incoming deliveries.   Anyone outside of the UK who does want to bid, will need to accept the probability there will be delays to delivery.  Because of that volatile situation any record going overseas must be sent by tracked postage.

At the time of listing I am still able to go to the Post Office once a week, which will be on a Friday afternoon, so please get your payment in if you want the record posted straight away.

Of course, events and circumstances may well change before end of the auctions.  If I am then unable to get to the Post Office, either through ill health or Post Offices being closed down, I will give you the option of cancelling the order or holding on to the record until it can be posted.

Postage
I do not allow records to be personally collected.  All must be sent via postal or courier service.

I will post to most but not all countries in the World.

I will combine postage if you buy more than one item.  Please wait for me to send you a revised invoice to charge you postage at cost.  Postage costs are the same for 1-3 records.

All records are sent in manufactured record mailers with cardboard stiffeners. The vinyl and cover are separated to avoid seam splits in transit.
I calculate postage using the Royal mail postage calculator. I charge an extra 50p for packing materials as i buy specialist record mailers and stiffeners. Sometimes records cost less to mail than i expect. In these cases i try to refund the difference.
UK-All records posted within the UK that total under £30 are sent by Signed For (used to be known as Recorded Delivery).

UK-All records posted within the UK that total over £30 are sent by Next Day Delivery.
Europe/Rest of the World-All records sent outside the UK that total under £30, a proof of postage receipt will be acquired.

Grading Conditions
I grade the records condition visually only, unless I state what the record actually plays like and provide an audio MP3 sample.  This is because I do not always have time to play everything, so bear this in mind.

I am strict with my grading so you can feel confident in my conclusions. My feedback will reflect this.

I do NOT use the grading ‘MINT’ (other than the very rare occasion the record is still sealed).  My ‘EXCELLENT’ grading will mean the record will still have a full sheen with clean vinyl and the sleeve will be free from rips, tears, seam splits.  Any further information like slight defects or type of sleeve will be in brackets after the grading.

Anyone unhappy solely with my visual grading can return item for refund. However if I have provided pictures and sound files then I do not accept returns on basis of condition.

MINT: Only used if sealed.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some light signs of having been played, but there is very little or no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has obviously been over played, and will probably display deterioration in sound quality, it will probably have lots of fine lines and the odd scratch. Wear and tear on the cover or extra items.
