Description

This is the original deep-groove pressing of Max Roach “Max” on the black and silver labels of Argo 623. The playing surface is immaculate, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The cover is stamped “D.J. Copies” and is bright and clean throughout, with just light rubbing along the bottom seam. Personnel include Hank Mobley, Kenny Dorham, Ramsey Lewis, and George Morrow. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. Please do not bid unless you are comfortable providing credit card information directly. The “Blue Note Records” book – “A Guide for Identifying Original Pressings” is now available on eBay.
