Packaging
We take packaging seriously, and strive to make sure that all parcels are properly prepared. Your purchase will be packed in a padded, flat box, sealed with 2 layers of tape on all seams. We want to ensure that your record arrives in the same great condition that we offered it! We recycle and re-use packaging material and boxes whenever we can.

Returns and Refunds
We understand that record condition is an exact science. To that end, we will always refund on return of the item if you are not satisfied. Please contact us within 3 days to receive return authorization.
