WELCOME! I Work in a record store in Austin, Texas and I am going to be selling off some of my collection, I am starting off small, but I do have all positive feedback for records and other items, including some pricey heavy hitters and no complaints thus far thankfully. This week I'm offering a lot of RARE and OBSCURE records from all sorts of genres, mostly private press stuff, like boogie funk psych soul folk xian weird etc..

For auction is: Mark Thompson - A Fine Line LP . NSP Records 81001 . From 1981. All Songs by Mark Thompson. From Colorado.

Quite hard to find and under the radar first album by the private folk rock master Mark Thompson, who went on to record a couple more LPs in the 80s, all of which are highly sought after.  I personally don't understand why this record hasn't gotten more attention because the song writing is absolutely superb and the more I listen to it the better it gets, I mean I really dig this record and I am not happy with myself at the moment for selling it.  Gorgeous stuff that should have gotten more credit.

   Vinyl: VG+++ ( Very nice copy, still glossy, only very small signs of handling and a couple small hairline marks that do not affect play, a couple paper scuffs too.  Sounds fantastic, only a few crackles here and there, really nice.)  ^Listen to Sound Clip

Jacket/Label: VG+  (The jacket is nice and sturdy, almost no edge wear, still hard and crisp, but the front has a few spots of discoloration and mild ring wear, back has a some mild shelfwear too, but really nice overall, label is very nice.)
