Mario Nascimbene
Dick Smart 2 007 (reissue) . . .
NEW LP
Musiche:Mario Nascimbene Orchestra:Roberto Pregadio Tracks: 17 Time: 42:26 Format: LpFull Exotic Stereophonic Sound
A dreamy Italian soundtrack from the 60s -- lots of spare percussion, jazzy riffing, and strange melodies! The score was recorded in "full exotic stereo" -- to accompany a campy Italian spy spoof of the time -- but the mix of drums, vibes, and other percussion holds up extremely well on its own -- and creates a cool and moody soundscape that's got an excellent retro noir feel! 17 tracks in all!
