The Vinyl is MINT. I honestly think it has  never been played.

I have cleaned it with a VPI record cleaner.
I have packed the Vinyl in brand new ex-static Record sleeve. 
The outer sleeve is EX because it has a small snag (Front - Top Right) . This is Numbered copy 73 of 270
