PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
For buyers, check, money orders or Western Union are preferred. Paypal may not be accepted on all auctions. Payments are appreciated within 5 days of auction close. Exceptions can be made if an email requesting a special arrangement is made before the auction ends. Personal checks will be held until funds clear, usually 3-4 days.

For international buyers, payments can be made through Paypal or Western Union. Items shipped must be fully insured for the final selling price and be aware that your country may charge you a high country duty fee. If the item cannot be shipped worldwide, it will be stated. Please email before auction closes for an estimated shipping quote.

Local pickup in the Metropolitan Boston area is optional. After payment is received, please allow 2-5 business days for items to be packed and shipped. Oversize items may take a few days longer. In most cases, the carrier is Federal Express Ground, and a tracking number is emailed after shipping. International shipping is by US Postal Service. USPS does not provide a package tracking service. Oversized items need to be shipped by Greyhound or Plycon.

Exceptional care is taken in packing for shipment. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged, keep all packing materials and return the item to the original box as received. Contact us to arrange for the item to be inspected by the carrier or to file a lost package claim.
