This rare collectable item is in Excellent condition. I would rate it using Record Collector's grading system as follows:-

Side 1  Excellent  

Side 2  Excellent small scuff which does not affect play

Cover   Excellent No rips or tears a little edge and storage wear a little writing to front cover.   

I have cleaned both sides on my professional Keith Monks record cleaning machine to ensure this record is completely clean and its dynamics can be enjoyed to the full.
