Vinyl Condition : Vg++ (Nice and clean. Clean labels) 

Cover Condition : VG/VG+ (No seam splits, typical edge & shelf wear, small name written in top left corner which I didn't even notice for months so its a little hard to see but its there. Please see pictures. No insert.)

A Near Mint grading does NOT mean Mint so please do not purchase a used record expecting it to be absolutely perfect in every way, that is for SEALED albums only with a Mint grading.
