Very Limited Edition, probably no more than a few hundred pressed for the 1983 Consumer Electronics 
annual trade show. 

Matrix numbers were checked against the production LP version "My Name is Makowicz,"
and they are identical. So, this is highly likely to be the very first pressing run available only to 
select recipients.

Was bought by this seller when attending the 1983 Consumer Electronics trade show many years ago 
and is now being sold from his private collection (you have absolutely known provenance). Has had about 
2 plays on an expertly setup high-end audiophile turntable, arm, and cartridge. Has never been exposed 
to heat or tobacco smoke and always stored vertically in a specially designed record cabinet (Rackit) to 
prevent warpage. Was cleaned on a VPI HW 16 with Audio Intelligent solutions and ultra-pure water 
rinse (50X purer than distilled water) before my pre-sale sound checks. See vinyl grading details below.

Outer Jacket: NM (Near Mint) Plain white cardboard jacket with no visible wear on any edge. Jacket surfaces
are brilliant white and completely clean. There are some top side "ripples" along the spine edge that appear to
be manufacturing artifacts and not induced by owner handling.

Vinyl: NM- (Near Mint Minus) The minus is for LAST vinyl preservative stickers on both labels. I always
treated my virgin LPs with LAST preservative before any first play. Surface visuals have glossy deep luster
as inspected under high intensity halogen light. I found some light traces through side A track 1 and verified that
they had no effect on play (no repetitive clicks per revolution). Play testing was auditioned straight off the Ayre
P-5xe balanced phono preamp (very sensitive). I used Sennheiser HD 600 headphones with a Schiit Audio
Valhalla 2 tube headphone amp fitted with Voskhod Soviet matched tubes. (See last photo of my listening
signal chain) Audio quality was equivalent to an unplayed record and the D2D sonics were excellent. 
I heard some low level pressing noise (small clicks around once every 2-3 seconds) that do not intrude very
much upon the music even in the quieter tracks. I did spot check every track plus all the silent grooves. I
compared the same tracks with the final production version which I would rate quieter, but not by a large degree.

Packaging
Record will be placed outside the jacket to protect against seam splitting.
Original inner sleeve is included separately.
Record has been placed into a new "rice paper" sleeve, as the original, even if plastic lined, 
may be holding onto some dust. This will keep vinyl surface clean during shipping and ultimate 
buyer usage.
Outer jacket is contained in a new clear polyethylene protective sleeve.
Sent in good quality record mailer with cardboard stiffeners.

Shipping will be via USPS Media Mail for a flat charge of $3.98 per single album sale.
A combined shipping discount is available on multiple sales completed within 5 business days 
($3.98 plus $0.50 for each additional LP). If you intend to buy more than one LP do not pay immediately
but wait for my all-combined invoice. A discount for the combined items will show on that invoice.
