Description
MADDEN & HARRIS, were a folk duo from Sydney. They had been playing together since 1972, & released their first single in 1974. They then released FOOLS PARADISE in 1975, which would be their only album release. The album was released on their own private label JASMINE RECORDS. There were only 500 Copies pressed. This album has become one of Australia's most collectable rare records. SLEEVE VG. Has general wear & the odd tiny mark. No rips or tears. There is a signature on the back cover, which looks tobe PETER HARRIS. I did try to find out if it was his, bur previous owner couldn't confirm as the record belonged to her late husband. LABELS & VINYL VG. Labels have a few tiny marks. Vinyl still has a nice sheen, with no scratches. AUDIO. There is faint background noise scattered throughout with the occasional faint pop. For me this did not affect the sound quality of the album. I do think that a record like this should be cleaned with the highest quality cleaning materials, which I do not own.
