This is an original pressing from 1995 (C2 67057). It is a promo copy, so one of the upper corners of the gatefold jacket is cut off. 2 vinyl albums but 3 sides - the "B" side of the second album has no music but is etched with the name "Mad Season" (photo 6).   None of the discs have ever been played.
