It is extremely rare and a very sought after Japanese Holy Grail! A delightful album, to listen thoroughly as every track is an absolute killer!! PLease check the sound in the links next to tracklist.
The Lp came to the western awareness a few years ago in the book "Rare Groove A to Z" as the piece of pride of DJ Muro. It is now truly appreciated by record collectors all over the world.
