Description

Here's an interesting oddball one. Recorded in 1945 in New York with Lil Armstrong on piano and J C Higginbotham on trombone! Actually this is in an R&B vein rather than jazz and Lil shows that she could boogie on piano with the best of them -not surprising given her musical pedigree! Mushmouth also recorded for Chief on the west coast - but not the Chief of Elmore James fame though. Fascinating (or not?).
