Signed (by singer Greg Sullivan) copy of this rare release from Munster Terrace. Self-released 6 track EP in great condition!
Cat. No: MT0002
Cover: M- laminated cover, minor creasing, close to mint.
Disc: EX+ fantastic condition, nice and glossy with no scratches.
All records will be shipped in thick cardboard.

Grading system as follows;
M New or in as new condition.
M- Very minimal marking if any.
EX Excellent condition, little wear.
VG+ Minor marking, quite acceptable.
VG Marking and signs of wear
but still acceptable.
G Very marked and getting beat up at this stage.
POOR Very badly marked, lots of scratches and may even skip on some players. Will do until a better copy comes along.
