MSTISLAV ROSTROPOVICH LP on USSR issue ??????? Records # 027827-28 mono. I just can't read or type all the Russian language on this LP for better information, so see photos... 

AUTOGRAPHED on back in pen "M Rostropovich"/jacket has light shelf wear (no ring wear) and the left corners have some creasing/vinyl looks barely played/clean labels/with concert flyer from where this was signed/part of a collector's estate of signed classical LPs / see photos / see more of this estate's signed LPs now listed in my ebay auctions
