This is an ORIGINAL 1986 GWR / PROFILE RECORDS U.S. LP ISSUE (NOT A RECENT REISSUE) OF THE 1986 album titled 'Orgasmatron' from Lemmy and Motorhead.  It is GWR / Profile Records U.S. catalog number PAL-1223, with its original custom inner sleeve with song lyrics and album credits and the original shrinkwrap still surrounding the cover.
