Disc condition: NM- (all four sides)
Notes and additional info: Rare private press from Anchorage, Alaska. Haunting fem folk. Some beautiful song writing and original tracks. Has insert. Nice Copy!!

Grading is VG+/-EX+/NM-/Sealed  Anything less than strong VG to VG+ is rarely listed. Strong discs only.
Items are packed very carefully in a professional record mailer with the disc outside the cover and two cardboard inserts to protect.
