New seller, old records. Up for auction is another Loner Folk Psych Female Vocal LP set by MOSSY DAVIDSON, titled NORTH WIND CALLING or MOSSY DAVIDSON'S ALASKA. This is a two (2) LP SET with oute gate-fold cover jacket and printed song lyric booklet. Issued in 1977 on NORTH WOODS RECORDS, a private Anchorage, Alaska Record Label with a connection to Seattle, Washington
Reportedly MOSSY DAVIDSON is JEWELL'S AUNT OR SOMETHING. Typical singer-songwriter female vocals in the same vain as JUDY COLLINS SO LONG!, DAY DREAM LAND, CLOUDY DAY, ALONE TOO LONG, GOING TO BLOW, WHERE DOES THIS RIVER FLOW, RAINFALL, MOTHER'S SONG, etc
Visually both 12" 33rpm vinyl record albums are MINT MINUS, played a few  times, if that. Look fairly close to near brand new with no real inner sleeve scuffs or hairlines. Near new looking shine, sheen and the brightest of hi-gloss. Center labels look near perfect, clean and bright with no spindle marks. Plays loud, clear, crisp and very close to brand new sounding clean.
Outer cover jacket has a quite noticeable "bite-mark" rip/tear/missing section, on right hand side near middle of opening edge. Some scuffs, tears or scratches at top right corner, some light ring impression transfer wear near bottom edge on back cover, inside gate-fold is clean and brightly white colored, you can still notice a "slight" bit of damage at "bite-mark" on right hand middle edge. Not the greatest cover which grades VG-, at best due to "bite-mark"
Includes Eight (8) Page lyric booklet. Sadly this one has been used in several pages as a "note-pad" of some type. Writing on front cover in black ink pen, writing on back cover in blue ink pen. Inside of booklet looks decent with no pen marks on song lyrics.
