MOSAIC MR5-132 GEORGE LEWIS The Complete Blue Note
A long-deleted 5LP box set, covering all the recordings that this famous musician made on Blue Note and Climax 1943-55. This has the usual luxury booklet with high-definition photographs, full track listings and discographical details. There are no fewer than 10 previously unissued performances, plus around half-a-dozen that had only come our previously in Japan on the Dan label.(More information on request.)
DESCRIPTION/CONDITION : The discs are E+ to N- (VG++toM-), 'as new' apart from a few very minor light scuffs. The box is EtoE+ (VG+), 'as new', apart from a 5cm split in the middle of the top seam of the front half of the box.
