MOSAIC Records 3-LP Boxed Set: The Complete 45 Sessions of Ike Quebec: Mosaic MR3-121. (Limited Edition, one of 7500 copies.) [Condition: Records are in mint shape, box is fine w/ corners intact and just a little wear, but there is a small price-sticker on the front (sorry, not my fault) which can probably be removed with some care and patience. The booklet is the same, excellent shape, except for the same damned price-sticker.] /\ Sessions recorded from 1959 to 1962 variously w/ Sir Charles Thompson, Milt Hinton, J. C. Heard, Earl Van Dyke, Sam Jones, Skeeter Best & others. There are plenty of great blues & standards including -- I’ve Got the World on a String / Imagination / What Is There To Say? / There Is No Greater Love / All the Way / But Not for Me / Ill Wind / What a Difference a Day Makes / All of Me / Blue Monday / Blue Friday / Sweet & Lovely / For All We Know / Me 'n Mabel / Later For the Rock. /\ As is explained in the accompanying, expansive liner notes, Ike didn’t record between 1946 (--78s) & 1959 (--45s, these sides). *** NOTICE ON MAILING: I feel that my eBay rating & feedback assures buyers that I am a responsible seller (& buyer). One who follows through on deals and that goes out of his way to be fair in the rare case of dispute. Yet to buyers new to my operation, here goes:

1.) I only use USPS.

2.) I guarantee that packages will be correctly addressed and safely packed. (That’s why I ask buyers to respond via email with their mailing address. I cut it out and tape it to the address label.)

3.) I will take NO Responsibility for LOSS of UNINSURED packages. I’ll say it another way, no refunds on lost packages, if they are not insured.

4.) I know that this can be a hardship, especially for International Buyers due to the prohibitive expense of mailing & insuring Parcel Post, which is the only way insured packages can be sent outside of the USA. Insurance is not available for the cheaper Letter-Post delivery. Yet keep in mind that out of about 1000 items that we’ve mailed throughout the world, only a mere handful (perhaps 5 or 6) has not been delivered. So the odds are extremely good that International Packages will arrive safely. But the buyer (domestic or international) is the one who takes the chance.

5.) This goes for domestic items too: no refunds on undelivered, uninsured packages. As to insured domestic packages: it is the responsibility of the buyer to collect insurance on these items. I will provide all appropriate sales documentation; and if necessary, the proper postal forms to the buyer.

Not to put too fine of a point on it -- but if you don’t feel that you can live with the above caveats -- don’t bid on my items.
