Charango is the fourth studio album by the English electronic group Morcheeba, released in July 2002 through Warner Bros. Records.
The Sound
The album marks a sonic middle ground for the band, blending their signature downtempo trip-hop roots with elements of pop, soul, and Brazilian Tropicalia. It features the characteristically sultry, fluid lead vocals of singer Skye Edwards alongside the smooth, laid-back production of brothers Paul and Ross Godfrey.
