MOPS: “Raibu - Live” (Liberty – LTP-9043) Awesome hard rocking and glue sniffing 1972 live action by the Mops, ripping through such brainrippers such as “I Want to Hold Your Hand”, “Gimme Some Lovin’”, “To Love Somebody”, “New York 1963 ~ America 1968”, “Gekko-Kamen” and “Nobody Cares”. Fucking ace, this is heavy shit, pounding rhythm section, wasted howling vocals, ear blistering guitar riffage and a crowd that brings down the house. The band is so ominously heavy here, great songs and cover versions that get mutated into…bastard variations placing the originals into the rubbish bin and catapulting their own renditions out into the stratosphere and skyrocketing past Venus and Saturn; tremendous psyched out-on-the-edge guitar wrist slashing moves – blood is dripping from the fret board here – some of the rawest axe-work on this side of the Atlantic; fuzzy vibes all over and a vocalist sounding like a total drunk on an acid power blast while the ominously heavy rhythm section is setting the stage on fire – caveman drum moves etc. Mops live in 1972 and the times were never ever the same again after that.

I pack properly - record outside of sleeve in poly bag. I only use custom made card mailers with card inserts and bubble wrap - other special requests can be considered at additional cost - please ask.

UK: First LP £3, each additional LP plus £1, recorded add £0.75 (insured only to £39), Special Delivery £6.50 upto 500g (1 LP). £8 upto 1kg (3 LPs), £10 upto 2kg (6 LPs). All SD insured upto £500. More insurance will cost more.

The time has come to reduce my own record collection. The records on offer are primarily Psych, Psychedelic, Prog, Progressive, Folk, Loner, Garage and Xian LPs from Japan, USA, Canada, OZ and NZ from mainly late 1960's to mid 1970’s. Most are collectable albums in collectable condition. All original first issues unless otherwise stated.

MINT (M)
The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The sleeve and any extra items are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT (EX)
The record shows signs of having been played but there is negligible loss in sound quality. The sleeve may have slight wear or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG)
The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Sleeve has normal wear and tear without any major defects.
GOOD (G)
The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have pops and skips. The sleeve may suffer from scuffs, spine splits, ring wear and/or discoloration.
