Great lp by MONTY ALEXANDER , this born jamaican player is here played a modern groovy jazz mostly influenced by CARIBEAN music ( west indes etc..) , it give very refiend modern jazz with happy groove from west indies folk tunes .Monty ALEXANDER play with the great guitarist ERNEST RANGLIN , plus drums / bass and percussion.. the whole lp is dope with very colored and positive groove jazz , it sound close from  CAMILLE SOPRANN ' jeudi a l'arawak " or other west indeis jazz gems  .. try long soundclip
