Description

Here is the very rare and sought-after LP from Monitor. It was privately released on the World Imitation label in 1981. The record is a mix of minimal electronics (starting off with a killer minimal synth song!), new wave, art punk, and features a very early song by the Meat Puppets, back in their thrashy punk days. This isn't a compilation - it just happens to have a random song by the Meat Puppets for some reason... Anyway, get this record (and the Tikis 7" - a Monitors side project - I'm selling this week as well!) if you don't have it. Classic LA art punk/minimal synth/LAFMS-style stuff.
The cover is VG+ with some shelf wear on both sides; the vinyl is VG with some light surface scuffing, but aside from a few light crackles it plays perfectly.
