From 1968, out of San Francisco, comes Moby Grape with their LP Grape Jam on Columbia MGS1/CX3 DJ white label promo MONO. Extremely rare original MONO press of this five track album! It featured Mike Bloomfield and Al Kooper on several of the songs! Extremely rare, as the album was only issued in America. It was issued with the Moby Grape album Wow, as a stereo press. This is a rare DJ white label MONO press that was available to only a few DJs on AM radio stations. I know of only two other MONOs of this title, but I have never seen them in person! This is extremely rare and may never be offered for sale again! The songs sound different and I believe two of them are notably different from their stereo counterparts! This will be your only chance to get a MONO of this title! Special sticker on front cover upper left,reading"Special mono radio station copy".
