The record is flat edged and has DA 0001-RE along with W4KM-4386-4 in the dead wax of the Open The Door side and DA-0002 in the dead wax of the I Wish You'd Leave Me Alone side. There are no lines on the labels. There is a cleanly cut drill hole with no additional damage to label or the vinyl from the cut. The record visually and play grades in VG++ condition and is made of vinyl and not styrene. The record actually appears near mint except upon very close inspection with strong lighting. The labels are clean and near mint. Don't let this rarity pass you by!
