All items I sell have been in my possession since the 70' 80's 90's 2000's

has a tear in the middle and 3 corners are cut, plus the promotional cut corner.  Someone else, a friend of mine damaged it years ago and opened it too quickly and it tore, that was early 1992. It's repaired with invisible tape but still looks cool as hell in a frame.

The [Plan9] logo does not appear on the back cover. The inner record dust sleeve has song lyrics on one side and a photo collage on the other. This copy came with the promotional Halloween trick-or-treat bag.
