Description
This is an Official U.S. LP Release from Ruby Records / 1982 / JRR 804
It is not a bootleg or import.
It is an original FIRST PRESSING with the Pink Background and Pink MISFITS logo.
I am the original owner and purchased it around the time of release.
It is without question authentic and is not a recent boot/reissue.
Vinyl is in crisp and clean very good++ condition with nearly all of it's original surface
gloss and looks alright for a legendary twenty-nine-year-old punk record.
There are a few hairline scuffs on each side, though nothing too serious.
The only one worth really noting is a slightly more than hairline scratch goes through S1/T1 [20 Eyes]
It hasn't been handled in close to twenty years, until the time of this listing.
Vinyl was transferred to a polylined plain white inner sleeve a long time ago and also
includes the original 2-Sided Printed Inner Sleeve.
Sleeve is in crisp and clean excellent+ condition with four fairly sharp corners.
The most notable wear is a handful of less-than-one-inch hairline creases at the left spine.
Nothing very major at all for a 29YO punk record.
Three of the four edges look fantastic. There are no spine splits.
The left printed spine does show some routine shelfwear, though nothing too major
for a black spine as old as this one. It does show some wear and I did my
best to capture it in the fifth image.
The Printed Inner Sleeve looks fantastic with very little of evidence of wear/handling.
Left/Right spines look amazing with no splits.
Bottom edge has a very small routine two-inch split in the center, though it is
not very noticeable, due to the record being stored outside of the sleeve for most of its life.
Like the LP Sleeve and the Fiend Club Insert, it is nice and flat/pressed.
The Original Fiend Club Insert is in crisp and clean excellent+ condition with
no hints of fading at all and looks incredible.
The item pictured is the exact item that you will receive.
Any bright spots on the listed images are the result of digital camera glare and are not on the actual item.
It has been safely stored in a completely smoke-free environment since the day of release.
Though it is clearly not in any degree of mint range, overall this is a nice
and crisp and clean copy that has been meticulously cared for.
It will be shipped in a brand new corrugated record mailer with corrugated pads on both sides.
Vinyl will be removed from the sleeve in order to prevent spine damage with both the vinyl
and sleeve placed in a protective clear reusable album sleeve to prevent movement.
It will be double-boxed, with the sealed mailer/filler pads going in a larger box for maximum protection.
I always ship them like I wish others would. You will be pleased.
