A superb UK 1982 Polydor POLD 5055 First Pressing, Vinyl LP, ?– The Jam, The Gift Including The Original Candy Stripe Paper Bag!
This album is tested both visually and audibly, rated accurately as per below:
Outer sleeve is in Neat Mint condition, no folds or creases, it’s so close to being mint, there is however a small indentation bottom-right of the front cover. Hardly noticeable…
Inner sleeve with lyrics printed is Mint!
The Disc: Mint in a word, both A and B sides, as it was when supplied new back in 1982. The LP has only been played a handful of times in the last 38 years! Quite often the condition of records over hyped, this isn’t I can assure you, it really is mint!
The paper bag does have some adhesive marks to the back (as you’d expect to open in the first place). There is fading to the front of the bag and small piece torn, I dare say when opened originally. Still a really special thing to have and better than most, love it!
The LP has no warping, labels are great, vinyl is glossy!
The Album is mechanically cleaned, for the ultimate protection the disk is supplied in a Mobility Fidelity Anti-Static Sleeve to protect the quality of the vinyl (the original is of course also supplied as per the image). There is also a clear cover to protect the outer sleeve.
Overall this is an incredible first pressing LP of what is becoming a very rare (with the bag) iconic collectable album.
