You are viewing an out of print (numbered 2466 out of 5000 sets made) 10 lp Miles Davis The Complete Plugged Nickel Sessions boxed set, which I purchased new in 1997. Miles and the boys are going in a totally new direction. With Wayne Shorter on sax, Tony williams on drums, Ron Carter on Bass and Herbie Hancock on piano. This set includes every note played on Dec. 22 and 23 1965, at the Plugged Nickel, Chicago. You can hear drinks clinking sometimes, you just visualize the smoke and the history. Anyway, the box is in excellent condition, has some scuff marks on the front (see pics), the corners are good-no tears. The booklet has some scuff marks on the cover, other than that it is near mint. The lps have been played 1 or 2 times, maybe a certain side a little more than others, and are universally near mint. Paypal only, payment due within 48 hours of auction close.
