- 1956 Prestige PRLP-7014 Mono. W. 5Oth NYC address deep groove labels. RVG in trail offs.
- Record: VG (light marks and feelable mark at beginning of side 1 that causes some random tick sounds for part of 1st track. some groove wear. overall play is still enjoyable. Nice labels)
- Cover: VG++ (laminated cover with 1 1/2" top seam split, small tack hole on top of cover and small fray in bottom corner)
