Issued in the U.S. in 2001 by Mosaic Records (MQ5-209)
Everything in unused mint condition!

This set comes from the vast personal collection of renowned photographer David Gahr (who did photography for Miles Davis albums like Jack Johnson, Agharta, etc.). This was a complimentary advance copy given to Mr. Gahr, so rather than having a number designation on the booklet, it says "PROMO."
