PLEASE READ AD CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING. THANK YOU.

WARNING:

PLEASE DO NOT BUY IF YOUR FEEDBACK SCORE IS 0 OR 1. I AM SORRY, BUT YOU MAY BLAME THE SCAMMERS.

The following album came from a collection

from a person who was an avid Jazz collector

and VERY serious about taking care of his records!!!

More will be listed… Keep watching!!!

Up for bids is a great, rare, mono Jazz LP by Miles Davis called "Cookin' With The Miles Davis Quintet". Prestige Records. PRLP 7094. 1957.
ORIGINAL 2ND PRESSING!
DEEP GROOVE PRESSING!
YELLOW LABELS WITH "203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." ADDRESS ON BOTH. Probably pressed around 1958.
Both sides' Trail-Off's have the stamped "RVG".
Front of cover is laminated.
Back of cover is stamped, "PREVIEW COPY".
BACK OF COVER HAS "203 SO. WASHINGTON AVE., BERGENFIELD, N.J." ADDRESS, BOTTOM-RIGHT.
Record's edges are raised.
Comes with plastic sack inner sleeve in VG+ condition (record will be shipped in separate polylined sleeve and outside cover).

NOTE:

The grades I use are Mint (rarely used grade), Near MintVG+++ (rarely used grade), VG++VG+VGVG MinusGood+GoodFair and Poor.

Cover is in VG+ condition. Front is really nice with some minor wear. Back of cover has minor wear and browning. Cover has a slight curve to it. Top of cover has a small 1" split on the top-center. Otherwise, all cover sides are completely intact! Look at that spine photo! Only some minor checking towards top. Strong and sturdy, this is a prime example of this cover!

I would rate the record’s condition as a STRONG VG++. Looks gorgeous with some visual superficial marks that do not affect play. Minor surface noise between tracks, but not too much wear. Record sounds amazing on my player!

Makes a great gift for any Miles fan!

See my other auctions for more funky original records, cassettes, reel to reels, CD’s, and 8 tracks!

MY APOLOGIES IF THE SCANS ARE BAD, BUT MY DESCRIPTIONS ARE USUALLY DEAD ACCURATE FOR BACKUP.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

NOTE:

IN CASE OF ANY MISUNDERSTANDING, RECORD IS NOT WARPED. A "RAISED EDGE" IS WHERE THERE IS A LITTLE RAISED CURVE AT THE EDGE OF THE RECORD (MOST 10" OR 12" ALBUMS HAD THIS TILL AROUND 1957). THIS WAS ORIGINALLY DESIGNED TO PREVENT THE NEEDLE FROM COMING OFF THE EDGE OF THE RECORD.
