Out-of-print (6) LP boxset from Miles Davis titled "The Complete Bitches Brew Sessions (August 1969-February 1970)" released by Mosaic Records (MQ6-183) in 1998. This set is numbered 0884 of 5,000 limited edition pressings on audiophile 180 gram quality vinyl. Has 21 tracks from the Bitches Brew recording sessions including several alternate versions ans previously unissued tracks. Controversial recordings from Miles who became more electric and embracing of rock elements. Jazz purists hated it but open-minded listeners were rewarded with hearing some of the most creative grooves ever put to wax. All vinyl records are in plastic dust sleeves. Comes with a 20-page booklet with photos and well-written, informative details about the events that led to these recording sessions. As you well know, all of Mosaic's releases are of the utmost quality and taste.


Details of the condition: All labels are in NEAR MINT condition. Vinyl records were rarely played and with great care on a high quality turntable. The condition of all vinyl records is NEAR MINT with two of the sides having an area of heat discoloration from the manufacturing process. I test-played both sides and found no affect to sound quality. Vinyls played quiet and with crisp sound.

Booklet is in MINT condition.

Outer box is in NEAR MINT condition.
