Early United States Mono pressing record album on the Deep Groove label with the address of “203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J.”. Both sides have RVG in the dead wax.
COVER: EX (The back of the cover also has a previous owners name stamped on it)
VINYL: VG+ (One of the record labels also has a previous owner’s name stamped on it)
