ITEM DESCRIPTION: Original Rare Jazz, has 767 Lexington Ave, NYC address on both deep groove labels, has RVG and "ear" in trailoff wax, Flat edge, cover has 767 Lexington Ave, New York 21 address, original wax paper inner sleeve included, contains 3 sets with different personnel, 1953: Miles Davis with Jay Jay Johnson, Jimmy Heath, Gil Coggins, Percy Heath, and Art Blakey performing Tempus Fugit, Ray's Idea, I Waited For You, 1952: Miles Davis with Jay Jay Johnson, Jackie McLean, Gil Coggins, Oscar Pettiford, Kenny Clarke, performing Donna, Would'N You, 1954: Miles Davis with Horace Silver, Percy Heath, and Art Blakey, performing Take-Off, Weirdo, Well You Needn't, The Leap, Lazy Susan, It Never Entered My Mind, 11 selections in all, no reserve.

VINYL CONDITION: VG+  appears a well cared for  copy, has a few light scuffs and a few small scratches, has scratch through Take-Off and Weirdo that causes some light ticking/crackling (listen) heard some soft ticking and a few pops on the rest of album, sounds great for the right ears, no skips. (please listen to these 3 long samples 1. Take-Off, 2. Ray's Idea, 3. It Never Entered My Mind, from the actual record being sold) 

LABEL CONDITION:  VG+ very clean deep groove  labels have a very few light spindle traces.

COVER CONDITION: VG+  has light wear on edges, surface, and corners, both bottom corners have a little more moderate wear, has some light ringwear and soiling on front and on back covers, has old price written in light pencil in upper right corner on back cover, all seams are intact except .5" seam split starting at bottom right.

Please be aware that this record has not been cleaned with a VPI machine and the condition would most likely improve with a professional cleaning
