This is Mosaic Records MQ6-220, Miles Davis: The Complete Blackhawk Sessions, a 6 Lp limited edition box set. (The package includes an extra record , sent separately by Mosaic to correct a perceived defect. I don't believe the defect was evident on the original disc so you get two excellent copies of record 3.

The Box Cover shows light wear and looks fantastic. Grade NM.. Nice Shape!..No Splits!....The Records show nice clean gloss and look great. Grade M-...(The Records Appear Un-Played)....Excellent Shape!
