Das 1999 erschienene Album der Band MILA MAR wirkt wie die Fata Morgana einer friedlichen Welt, in der Kulturen sich mühelos verbinden. 'Die selbsternannte Welten-Bürgerin?', schrieb da die Süddeutsche Zeitung 1999 über die Sängerin Anke Hachfeld. Sie singt in Phantasiesprache, intoniert orientalisch, joikt samisch, mit 4 Oktaven, trägt ein tibetisches Tattoo und Dreadlocks und ist dann doch aus Deutschland… Genau… NOVA erfindet globale Seelenbilder, von überall kommend menschlich, eine Trance um die Erde.
