MIKEY DREAD - Jungle Signal (Dread At The Controls DATCLP008) LP 1982
Very nicely presented copy of Mikey Dread's awesome, classic dub LP. Recorded at Berry Street and Wessex studios in London and Channel One, Aquarius and King Tubby's studios in Kingston, mixed at Wessex Studios, Aquarius and King Tubby's by Mikey Dread, Jeremy Green, Mervyn Williams and Scientist, with riddims courtesy of Larry, Benbow, Asher, Sowell, Barry, Steelie, Rico Rodriguez, Tan Tan, Nambo, Dean Fraser, and the Roots Radics. The vinyl retains a very good sheen with some light surface marks and a few fine, light scratches - nothing too significant (see description below).

A-side: The tiniest amount of intermittent surface noise - hardly audible in fact - with an occasional tiny pop or click and just a few slightly more prominent ones. Grade - EX
B-side: A tiny / very small amount of intermittent surface noise with some very small and small pops and clicks and just a few slightly more prominent ones. Grade - EX-
Labels: Both labels are pristine (see scan).
Sleeve: There is a very small amount of wear and light creasing to the edges, and light bumping of the corners. On the bottom and left edges 3cm splits are starting to form, though these have not yet gone all the way through and could be carefully repaired.
More crucial roots and dancehall singles and LPs will be listed daily over the next couple of weeks.
