Before bidding, please take the time to read about shipping costs at the end of this listing. Shipping for these records is not $4 to the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />USA.

Superb UK first pressing of SML 1047 from 1969,  Volume 1 of the Mike Westbrook Concert Band's epic Marching Song double set.  For Volume 2, please see the separate listing.  Personnel features John Surman, Kenny Wheeler, Henry Lowther, Alan Skidmore, Mike Osborne, John Warren, John Marshall, etc, etc.  The half laminated Clout and Baker jacket is top NM.  The LP is top NM.  Unbeatable.

The purge of the collection continues.....

Check my other listings, my feedback, and bid with confidence.  More goodies coming.  Any reserves are realistic.  Good luck!

Regulars will know that I keep my descriptions brief and to the point.  All records playgraded on top pro equipment (which I don't need to advertise).  If you are looking, I figure you will know what you are looking at.  I would not presume to condescend nor would I wish to bore you to death.

Recorded Delivery world wide shipping as always.  20 US Dollars for the USA, the Far East and Australia, 15 US Dollars for Europe, 8 US Dollars for the UK.  Discounts for multiple purchases.  Shipping is always at cost, including packing materials.  I’m in the UK, so I obviously won’t be using USPS.  Ebay.com now require USPS oriented services and costs to be entered, with a flat rate of $4.00 for mailing an LP - irrespective of the country the seller lives in - so please note that shipping will be calculated for each buyer and included in my invoice.  There is NO flat rate.

I ensure that my records arrive with you in the same lovely condition they leave me. They are securely packaged in sturdy professional custom made cruciform card wraps, sandwiched between two 34 x 34 x 1.25 cm sheets of expanded polystyrene.  I do not use bits of old cardboard box or those cheap flimsy envelope style mailers. Records are always packed out of the jackets to avoid any splits.

I don’t like to say this, but if you cannot pay, please do not bid.
