Description

This a test pressing of Mike Oldfields QuadrophonicTubular Bells QV2001 A9 B11 given to me by an early partner of Richard Branson Phil Newell who was technical director at Virgin. . This pressing replaced the original Tom Newman mix which was really only a modified stereo mix. A test pressing would be sent to Phil for approval before committing to a full production run. I have several other Virgin items which I will be selling in the next few weeks including Acetates. I will leave Phil's notes on the sleeve.
