The item for sale is the Extremely RARE M-G-M Jethro TOE version.  This is the real verison of the disc (counterfeits were made).  You can tell it is real based on the following 6 descriptions:

    A detailed description of the original Sunshine Day/Aeroplane MGM release:
    1) The label is wrongly spelled to "Jethro Toe"
    2) The label is dark yellow
    3) The label is 8,5 cm in diametre
    4) The single was released with a centre
    5) The single has a ridge around the label
    6) The single has machine typed master numbers around the label.

This is considered the "Holy Grail" of records for the Tull enthusatist.  This disc was never played and was part of a huge collection from a record Enthusatist that purchased mulitple copies of albums and kept them in Perfect condition. It would be a fantastic addition to any collection!

Warranty:

• If item is sold AS-IS, there is no warranty, and no returns, unless the wrong item was shipped.
• We do our best to describe all items accurately. We deal in both new and used items, so opinions about condition may vary.
• If you have any questions about the item, please email us before bidding.
• We only accept returns if the item significantly differs from the auction description. Upon receipt of returns, we will refund the highest bid price only.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• Contact must be made with Leaveit4auction within 3 days of winning the auction.

• Leaveit4auction reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within 1 weeks of the close of an auction.
• All auction items are for shipment only. We do not allow customer pickup of orders.  
  

Payment:

• We accept Paypal, checks or MO: Checks must clear before item is shipped.
• Massachusetts residents must add 5%

• Payment Must be received within 1 week of the item closing. A Non-paying bidder alert will be filed and auction will be revoked.  If you wish to combine winning auctions for shipping, they must close within 3 days of each other. • Checks received must have the Item Number and Description to insure that the proper item is shipped.

• $1,000 PayPal Buyer Protection: Your transaction with us is covered under PayPal's buyer protection insurance for up to $1,000 for your protection.
• PayPal customers: When paying by PayPal, please use our ID leaveit4auction@aol.com. If you choose to send a money order, please send along a copy of the winning bid email. Please be patient and wait for your product to be shipped. Once your payment has been received, we will ship within 1-2 business days. However, if a money order is submitted for payment, please allow an extra 5-7 working days for processing.
• We do not accept payment via wire transfer. If you are sent an email asking for payment by wire transfer for any item we are selling, please contact us immediately.  It is fraudalent and we will report it to eBay.  Thanks!

SHIPPING:

• Confirmed Shipping Only: We can only ship to your PayPal confirmed address. For security reasons, there are no exceptions to this rule. Please DO NOT ask us to ship to an address other than your PayPal confirmed address.
• All items shipped exclusively by UPS.  Ground and Air services are available (depending on location).  Buyer pays all shipping costs.
• We Professional package all items appropriately to ensure a safe arrival.  A packaging and handling fee will be charged only to cover our costs of materials and labor and will be including in the shipping cost total.
• Local pick-up is also available.  A $2.00 handling fee and 5% Massachusetts sales tax will be charged.
• Worldwide: Certain items will be shipped Worldwide.  Other items may only be shipped within the US. See the Shipping instructions to determine. Please remember that you will be responsible for any and all fees related to importing, which are based on an item's declared value (winning bid amount). We are not able to calculate these, so please check with UPS before bidding.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 10am to 6pm eastern standard time. All orders will ship out about 1 - 2 business days after the payment is received.

Legal

• Leaveit4auction is not the owner or seller of these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller to facilitate the sale of the goods by holding the goods until such time as a sale is completed and the goods are shipped to the buyer.
• Leaveit4auction warrantees and represents that the goods are as they are described in the above listing. We will accept returns of the goods only if they significantly differ from descriptions above. Leaveit4auction specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
• Leaveit4auction entire liability to you or any third parties under any circumstance is limited to the sales price of the relevant goods. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
