METALLICA rare U.S. PROMO 12" FADE TO BLACK

I have a bunch of Metallica stuff...this is the first item I am listing and it is one of the top Metallica rarities...
This is much rarer than the GREEN colored  version it was probably made  only because the black record would sound better than the softer  green colored vinyl version ...

FADE TO BLACK RARE 12" PROMO
red and black, Elektra logo sleeve ...with sticker on left bottom that reads, "METALLICA "Fade to Black," before a review of the record from "The Friday Morning Quarterback" credited to Jerry Gavin and dated January 25, 1985.

-looks like it was barely played...SOME FMQB STICKER DISCOLORATION and some edge "chipping"
