Description
METALLICA “One” 12” vinyl, 1989 UK import –Vertigo/Phonogram – black vinyl
B-sides: “For Whom the Bell Tolls” and “Welcome Home (Sanitarium)”, both recorded live in Dallas, Texas on February 5, 1989.
I’m the original owner and vinyl and sleeve are in excellent condition.
This copy has three label errors:
1. As you can see clearly in the second photo, side A has two labels. The misaligned label does not affect play at all – it goes onto the blank inner part of the record, but doesn’t touch any of the grooves.
2. Not pictured: The label on side B lists the song “Seek and Destroy”, when in fact the B-side has two songs: “For Whom the Bell Tolls” and “Welcome Home (Sanitarium)”.
3. James Hetfield’s last name is misspelled as “Hertfield” in the writing credits on both sides.
I’m not sure if these errors are rare or not, but I thought the info might be interesting for collectors.
