Description

Metal Priestess is the second extended play by American punk rock band Plasmatics. It was released on October 21, 1981 by Stiff Records. The creation of the EP is a result of the need to release something due to their increasing popularity, with an album being premature, partly because Capitol Records was now making overtures for the next one. 

THIS COPY is a PROMO 1st pressing on the Stiff America (a.k.a. Stiff Records) label (see Notes, below).

The vinyl, per a test listen, was found to have one skip in track A1; otherwise, the rest of that track and all the other tracks played flawlessly. The vinyl is in Very Good [VG] condition. NOTE: Due to the one skip, I will keep the price lower than other copies I see for sale on eBay. :-)

The original cover, which has the gold PROMO stamp (see photo) has some wrinkles and the ghost of ring wear. Overall, though, it is in Very Good Plus [VG+] condition, with no splits, writing, stains, etc.

The original inner sleeve, which is black with white text, has the song listings and credits on one side and lyrics on the reverse. With no splitting or other flaws, it is in Very Good Plus [VG+] or better condition.
