I will be offering a selection from my personal collection of 60s to early 70s Garage, Pop and Rock.

MERRELL FANKHAUSER & H.M.S. BOUNTY "THINGS" 1968 RARE
After forming and recording a clutch of singles as the Exiles, Merrell formed this band with guitarist Bill Dodd, bassist Jack Jordan and on drums Larry Meyers. This sole album came out on the UNI susidary Shamley. All twelve songs were composed and arranged by Fankhauser and recorded at Gold Star studio. This is Psychedelic pop rock with titles including the lead off title track, "Girl (I'm waiting for you)", "Lost in the City", " Your Painted Lives", the raga-rock "A Visit from Ashiya", "The Big Gray Sky" and "Ice Cube Island". The band didn't last with Merrell soon forming MU. But this is a much desired item for lovers of cool music and of course the recorded output of this great musician. Damn hard to find in any condition too.
RECORD: VG High Gloss, a little spindle wear, numerous scuffs and a couple of hairline scratches, but plays real fine
COVER: VG- Good condition with obvious cover wear, two inch seam split at bottom cornerwith a lower tear at bottom front and rear covers, tiny punch hole & small name at bottom....No stickers, cut outs, stains or other damage
