Notes
This is the second of three pressings.The first pressing is white bordered. There is a myth there are 200 copies. The white border was either a misprint or the record company didn't like the look of it and changed it to black.
It is unknown how many copies got into the shops.
The second and third pressings are black bordered.
The third pressing is distributed by Bertus Holland.
