Professor Longhair / Joe Cocker / Jesse Colin Young / Lorraine Ellison / Jack Clement "Mercury Programming Special : Great Historical Recordings from Bob Scerl 1970" 2 EP set with picture sleeves on 1970 US promotional issue Mercury Records # MEP-97 & MEP-98. The vinyl looks unplayed, and is in near mint condition (although one has a small weird lacquer color flaw-it played excellent). The sleeves are in near mint condition, and the special outer sleeve has some minor storage wear and a bumped corner, and is easily in very good condition. The labels are clean. A VERY rare release-I could not find ANY info on this online, and was only mentioned in a price guide (they only listed the "part 2" (w/Professor Longhair) as being worth $100-no mention of the other record or the special outer sleeve!)..
